• HOW TO USE - Laying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat, retract the plunger and insert the capsule or suppository in the receptacle end of the applicator. Insert the applicator to the desired depth and push the plunger forward to deploy the capsule or suppository, then withdraw the applicator and dispose of it. If you are experiencing extreme vaginal dryness, we recommend using a small amount of vaginal lubricant to help ensure a comfortable insertion.
• BORIC ACID - We recommend trying Pelvana boric acid suppositories (sold separately) to re-balance your vaginal pH quickly to relieve odor, itching, dryness, and discharge. Insert one capsule as deep as comfortable into the vaginal canal before bed for 7 consecutive nights.
• PRODUCT LIMITATIONS - Do not use these applicators with liquids, creams, or any suppository pills, tablets, or capsules smaller than size 0 or larger than size 00. These applicators are not designed to work with tea tree suppositories as the tablets are too small.
