Ingredients

Whey protein Concentrate (Milk), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), creatine Monohydrate, L-Glutamine, HMB (Beta-Hydroxy beta-methylbutyric acid), Flavourings, Colour (xxxxxxxxxx), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 300ml of milk or water to taste. Take 2 servings per day, ideally 1 before training and, more importantly, 1 after training.
